Chef Lorien Vilchez brings a world of experience to your table. Growing up in Miami with roots in Peru, she discovered her passion for cooking during a childhood trip to South America. After honing her skills at Johnson & Wales and spending 13 years mastering French techniques at the Four Seasons, she now leads our kitchen with a focus on precision and bold, international flavors.
